Returns Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact and in original packaging.
  • Defective or incorrect items (e.g., wrong size/color) must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  1. No Exchange Service
  • We do not offer product exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original order (per return guidelines) and place a new order separately.
  1. Return Application Process
  • Contact our customer service via email ([email protected]) or phone (+852 5732 9875) to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  • Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return when applying.
  • RA number is valid for 7 days; return shipments without a valid RA will be rejected.
  1. Return Shipping
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service; SEED LIMITED is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
  1. Refund Processing
  • Refunds will be issued only after we verify the returned item’s eligibility (3-5 business days upon receipt).
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on product pages).
  • Items with signs of wear, damage, or altered tags.
  1. Disclaimer
  • Late, incomplete, or non-compliant returns may be refused or subject to a restocking fee (up to 20% of the item value).
  • SEED LIMITED reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.
