- Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact and in original packaging.
- Defective or incorrect items (e.g., wrong size/color) must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- No Exchange Service
- We do not offer product exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original order (per return guidelines) and place a new order separately.
- Return Application Process
- Contact our customer service via email ([email protected]) or phone (+852 5732 9875) to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return when applying.
- RA number is valid for 7 days; return shipments without a valid RA will be rejected.
- Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service; SEED LIMITED is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
- Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued only after we verify the returned item’s eligibility (3-5 business days upon receipt).
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on product pages).
- Items with signs of wear, damage, or altered tags.
- Disclaimer
- Late, incomplete, or non-compliant returns may be refused or subject to a restocking fee (up to 20% of the item value).
- SEED LIMITED reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.
